Attorney General James Uthmeier Announces Arrest of Certified Nursing Assistant for Elder Abuse

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.ó Attorney General James Uthmeierís Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, with the assistance of the Nassau County Sheriffís Office, today announced the arrest of Logan Morrison for one count of Abuse of a Disabled Adult. Morrison, a former employee of Dayspring Senior Living LLC (ìDayspringî) in Hilliard, is accused of knowingly grabbing and shoving a disabled resident to the ground.
