Attorney General Chris Carr Announces Two Indicted for Medicaid Fraud in Bulloch County

ATLANTA, GA-The Office of the Attorney General today announced that a Bulloch County Grand Jury charged Justine Taylor Lewis and Taylor Michelle Lewis with fourteen felony counts of Medicaid Fraud and one felony count of Conspiracy to Defraud the State.
