Attorney General Brown Announces Conviction of Washington County Care Provider Who Assaulted Vulnerable Adult
BALTIMORE, MD (September 4, 2024) - Attorney General Anthony G. Brown today announced a conviction in a case of abuse of a vulnerable adult. On August 28, 2024, following a bench trial, Kehinde Oluwatobi Ososanya, 38, of Hagerstown, Maryland, was found guilty of Second-Degree Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult and Second-Degree Assault by Washington County Circuit Court Judge Viki M. Pauler. Ososanya worked at an Arc of Washington County residential program, as a direct support professional and provided care to a 30-year-old intellectually disabled man with autism.
