Athletico Management, PT Network, and Dynamic Therapy Services Agreed to Pay $51,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Employing an Excluded Individual

After they self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Athletico Management, LLC, PT Network, LLC, and Dynamic Therapy Services LLC (collectively, "Athletico"), doing business in Delaware, agreed to pay $51,268.02 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Athletico employed an individual that it knew or should have known was excluded from participation in Federal health care programs.
