After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Andrew J. Parker, MD, LLC, Connecticut, agreed to pay $985,385.10 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Andrew J. Parker, MD, LLC submitted claims for outpatient services as if those services were rendered by Dr. Andrew Parker when those services were provided by employee practitioners that were not enrolled in the applicable Federal health care program at the time the claims were submitted.
