AG Koster announces settlement with Cape Girardeau Medicaid provider

Jefferson City, Mo. - Attorney General Chris Koster announced today that his office reached a settlement with Jennifer Kirchhoff, a Cape Girardeau counselor, for allegedly submitting false claims to Missouri's Medicaid program, MO HealthNet. As required by the settlement agreement, Kirchhoff has paid the state $25,000.
