AG Alan Wilson announces Elgin woman charged with Medicaid fraud
(COLUMBIA, S.C.) – South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced that his office’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (SCMFCU) has arrested Rachel Nicole Summers, 37 years old, of Elgin, SC, for two counts of Obtaining Signature or Property by False Pretenses $10,000 or more, which constitute a violation of SC Code §16-13-240. Summers was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County on November 10, 2021.
