Affiliated Pharmacies To Pay More Than $150,000 For False Claims Act Allegations
OKLAHOMA CITY (Oct. 29, 2025) – Multiple Oklahoma pharmacies have agreed to pay $157,000 to settle allegations that they billed the Oklahoma Medicaid Program, SoonerCare, for hundreds of unauthorized over-the-counter COVID-19 tests. Apothecary Pharmacy, Cornwell Pharmacy, Cushing Family Pharmacy, R.T.’s Family Discount Pharmacy, Foster Corner Drug, Tiger Drug, Yale Drug, Jones Drug Store and Swipht Pharmacy agreed to the settlement after an investigation by Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
