On July 9, 2025, 1st Choice Healthcare, Inc. (1st Choice), Corning, Arkansas, agreed to pay $31,263.26 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that 1st Choice submitted false claims to Federal health care programs for more Chronic Care Management (CCM) minutes than were actually provided by a CCM nurse who was employed by 1st Choice.
