Age Discrimination Act of 1975
Prohibits discrimination on the basis of age in any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance. 42 U.S.C. 6101-6107

Americans with Disabilities Act
Prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in employment, transportation, public accommodation, communications, and governmental activities. 42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq.

Civil Rights Act of 1964
Prohibit discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or age in hiring, promoting, firing, setting wages, testing, training, apprenticeship, and all other terms and conditions of employment. 42 U.S.C. 2000d et seq.

Cloning of Human Beings Ban

Education Amendments of 1972
No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance. 20 U.S.C. 1681-1684, 1685 and 1686

Faith Based Organizations
Religious organizations are eligible, on the same basis as any other organization, to participate in any Department program for which they are otherwise eligible. Neither the Department nor any State or local government receiving funds under any Department program shall, in the selection of service providers, discriminate for or against an organization on the basis of the organization's religious character or affiliation. Lobbying (for all awards expected to be over $100k)

Rehabilitation Act of 1973

Resource Conservation and Recovery Act

Seat Belt Use

Smoke Free Workplace

Text Messaging while Driving
Adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging while driving company-owned or -rented vehicles or Government Owned Vehicles, or while driving Personally Owned Vehicles when on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government. EO 13513

Trafficking in Persons
Include a condition that authorizes the agency to terminate the award, without penalty, if the recipient engages in forms of trafficking in persons. 2 CFR Part 175
