Wasden Announces Idaho’s Participation in $75 Million Settlement with Bristol-Myers Squibb over Allegations of Overcharging State Medicaid Programs
(Boise) – Attorney General Lawrence Wasden has announced Idaho has joined with other states and the federal government to settle allegations that Bristol-Myers Squibb Company overcharged the state Medicaid programs for drugs.
