Universal Health Services to Pay Massachusetts More than $15 Million to Resolve Whistleblower False Claims Cases

Boston — Attorney General Maura Healey announced today that Universal Health Services (UHS) will pay over $15 million to resolve two separate sets of allegations that the company improperly billed the state's Medicaid Program (MassHealth).
