Three Arrested for Defrauding Medicaid and Grand Theft
TALLAHASSEE, Fla.-Attorney General Pam Bondi's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit today announced the arrests of a certified nursing assistant, a home health aide and a caretaker of two Medicaid recipients for defrauding the Florida Medicaid program and grand theft. According to the MFCU investigation, Ashley Bachman, Robert McClaskey II and Adonius Russell defrauded the Florida Medicaid program by causing reimbursements of more than $129,000 for services not rendered.
