After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Benkay Inc. d/b/a Suncoast Chiropractic (Suncoast), Crystal River, Florida, entered into a $62,549.13 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that Suncoast submitted claims for chiropractic services performed by providers who were not enrolled in Medicare.
