S&G Staffing and Jacobs Marketing Agreed to Be Excluded for 10 Years for Receiving Improper Remuneration

On October 9, 2025, in connection with the resolution of their False Claims Act liability, S&G Staffing, LLC (S&G) and Jacobs Marketing, Inc. (Jacobs Marketing), Texas, agreed to be excluded from participation in all Federal health care programs under 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7(b)(7) for ten years. The investigation revealed and OIG alleged that S&G and Jacobs Marketing participated in a scheme to pay kickbacks disguised as purported management services organization distribution payments to doctors to induce the doctors to send their laboratory testing referrals to a critical access hospital that funded the kickbacks.
