After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Security Health Plan of Wisconsin, Inc. (Security), Marshfield, Wisconsin, entered into a $1,336,701.93 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that Security offered and paid remuneration to third-party agencies and agents (together, Agents) in the form of compensation related to Medicare Advantage enrollment that exceeded the fair market value of the Agents' services.
