Rutledge Announces Two Arkansans Sentenced for Medicaid Fraud
LITTLE ROCK - Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge today announced the conviction of eastern Arkansans for Medicaid fraud. Andrea Jefferson of Crittenden County pleaded guilty in Pulaski County District Court. She has been ordered to pay $470 in restitution to the Arkansas Medicaid Program Trust Fund and $1,407 in fines and court costs. William McMahon of Desha County pleaded guilty in Pulaski County District Court. He has been ordered to pay $374.85 in restitution to the Arkansas Medicaid Program Trust Fund and $1,124.55 in fines and court costs.
