Randallstown Man Indicted for Medicaid Fraud, Identity Fraud, and Theft

Baltimore, MD (Nov. 25, 2014) - Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler announced today that Roy Onyeka, age 27, of Randallstown, was indicted by the Grand Jury for Baltimore County on two counts of Felony Medicaid Fraud, one count of Identity Fraud, and one count of Felony Theft-Scheme. Court dates in this case have yet to be scheduled.
