Prairie Clinic Agreed to Pay $96,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Submitting Claims for Services Provided by an Unlicensed Individual

After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Prairie Clinic S.C (Prairie), Sauk City, Wisconsin, entered into a $96,639.59 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that Prairie submitted claims to Federal health care programs for services provided by an unlicensed radiographer.
