Personal Care Assistant Convicted For Submitting False Timesheets

Kammy McDonald, age 43, of Winooski, Vermont, was convicted on June 24, 2014, in the Windsor Criminal Division of the Vermont Superior Court, of five misdemeanor counts of False Pretenses. The convictions stemmed from Ms. McDonald's submission of false timesheets in order to obtain payment for services that were not provided to an adult with physical disabilities enrolled in the Choices for Care program.
