People First Supports Coordination Agreed to Pay $129,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Employing an Excluded Individual

On August 31, 2022, People First Supports Coordination (PFSC), Spring City, Pennsylvania, entered into a $129,761.28 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that PFSC employed an individual who was excluded from participating in any Federal health care program. OIG's investigation revealed that the excluded individual, a supports coordinator, provided items or services that were billed to Federal health care programs.
