Nel Group Was Excluded for 5 Years

Effective July 24, 2026, OIG excluded Nel Group Inc. (Nel Group), Hialeah, Florida, from participation in all Federal health care programs for a period of five years under 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7(b)(7). The exclusion was imposed based on Nel Group’s submission of claims for wound care services purportedly furnished to a deceased beneficiary.
