Mother charged with abusing special needs son, conspiring with boyfriend to commit Medicaid fraud
HARRISBURG - Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane today announced Medicaid fraud charges against a caregiver and his girlfriend for using her special needs son to commit Medicaid fraud. The mother also faces an aggravated assault charge for allegedly submerging her son's hand in liquid hot enough to cause a severe burn.
