Metcare Rx and Eastchester Pharmacy Agreed to Pay $112,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Employing an Individual Excluded from New York Medicaid
After they self-disclosed conduct to OIG, HMB Pharmacy Management, LLC d/b/a Metcare Rx and Khelly NY II, Inc. d/b/a Eastchester Pharmacy (collectively, “Metcare and Eastchester”), New York, agreed to pay $112,519.64 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Metcare and Eastchester employed an individual that it knew or should have known was excluded from participation in New York Medicaid.
