Medicaid Ban Continued For Health Aide Convicted Of $50K Fraudulent Billing
Sitora Adashzoda recently applied for removal from the Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) list of excluded providers. Adashzoda had previously run into trouble because she was not authorized to work in the United States but had done so nevertheless, providing home health services for which she was not certified. She also billed more than $50,000 for those services by using another woman's name.
