Maple Knoll Communities Agreed to Pay $29,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Submitting Claims for Services by an Unlicensed Nurse

After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Maple Knoll Communities, Inc. (Maple Knoll), Ohio, agreed to pay $29,372.58 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Maple Knoll employed an unlicensed individual to provide nursing services that were paid for by Federal health care programs.
