Majestic Care of Kent Agreed to Pay $37,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Employing Excluded Individuals

After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Majestic Care of Kent (Majestic), Kent, Ohio, entered into a $37,565.15 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that Majestic employed two individuals that it knew or should have known were excluded from participation in Federal health care programs.
