Magnus Healthcare Solutions Was Excluded for 20 Years

Effective July 24, 2026, OIG excluded Magnus Healthcare Solutions Corp. (Magnus), Hialeah, Florida, from participation in all Federal health care programs for a period of twenty years under 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7(b)(7). The exclusion was imposed based on Magnus’s submission of claims for wound care services purportedly furnished by an internal medicine physician who had no association with Magnus and did not provide the services as claimed, including services purportedly rendered to deceased beneficiaries.
