Luxottica of America Agreed to Pay $20,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Employing Excluded Individuals
After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Luxottica of America, Inc. (Luxottica), Mason, Ohio, entered into a $20,000 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that Luxottica employed eight individuals that it knew or should have known were excluded from participation in Federal health care programs.
