After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, County of Loudoun, Virginia d/b/a Loudoun County Department of Fire and Rescue and Emergency Management (Loudoun County), Leesburg, Virginia, entered into a $29,626.40 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that Loudoun County submitted claims to Federal health care programs for services provided by an unlicensed emergency medical technician who provided emergency medical technician services on ambulance transports dispatched by Loudon County.
