Las Vegas Businessman Pleads Guilty to His Role in $13 Million Fraud Upon North Carolina Medicaid Program

RALEIGH, N.C. – A Las Vegas, Nevada man pleaded guilty today to Conspiracy to Commit Health Care Fraud and Wire Fraud, Conspiracy to Commit Money Laundering, and Aggravated Identity Theft, and further agreed to forfeit the proceeds of his crimes.
