Lake Geneva Woman Charged with Medicaid Fraud
MADISON - Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen announced today that a Lake Geneva woman has been charged with three counts of medical assistance fraud. According to the Department of Justice's criminal complaint, Linda J. Turner, R.N., Lake Geneva, is a certified Wisconsin Medicaid provider providing private duty nursing services since June 14, 1995. Wisconsin Medicaid is a program jointly funded by the state and federal governments that pays for health-related services to low-income and medically needy persons.
