After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Klair Medicose, PLLC (Klair Medicose), agreed to pay $1,495,002.51 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Klair Medicose submitted claims for Pulsed Stimulated Treatment, which is not a covered item or service under the Medicare Program.
