Jorge Alberto Bencomo Castro Was Excluded for 20 Years
Effective August 19, 2026, OIG excluded Jorge Alberto Bencomo Castro (Castro), Miami, Florida, from participation in all Federal health care programs for a period of twenty years under 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7(b)(7). During all times relevant to the exclusion, Castro owned, operated, or controlled Jobeca Services Inc. (Jobeca). OIG imposed the exclusion based on Castro and Jobeca submitting and causing the submission of claims for hyperbaric oxygen therapy services, supervision and provision of the drug Spravato, and other services purportedly furnished by a family medicine physician who had no association with Jobeca and did not provide the services as claimed.
