Jobeca Services Was Excluded for 20 Years

Effective August 15, 2026, OIG excluded Jobeca Services Inc. (Jobeca), Davie, Florida, from participation in all Federal health care programs for a period of twenty years under 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7(b)(7). OIG imposed the exclusion based on Jobeca’s submission of claims for hyperbaric oxygen therapy services, supervision and provision of the drug Spravato, and other services purportedly furnished by a family medicine physician who had no association with Jobeca and did not provide the services as claimed.
