Jefferson County Certified Nursing Assistant Arrested for Stealing Hyrdrocodone from Patient
TALLAHASSEE, Fla.-Attorney General Pam Bondi's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office today arrested Cathy Flint, 55, for allegedly stealing hydrocodone from a patient while employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Byrnwood Center in Jefferson County. Flint is facing charges of grand theft of a controlled substance, a third degree felony, and faces up to five years in prison and fines. The Office of the State Attorney for the Second Judicial Circuit will prosecute the case.
