TALLAHASSEE, FL - Attorney General Pam Bondi's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and the Indian River County Sheriff's Office arrested Sebastian resident Lawrence Michael Frazier, 52, for battery of a senior citizen. The Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit's Patient Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation (PANE) team began the investigation after receiving information from the Florida Department of Children and Families. Frazier was employed as a certified nursing assistant by Clare Bridge of Vero Beach, an Alzheimer and dementia care facility for seniors.
