Health Plus Was Excluded for 10 Years for Failing to Supply Payment Information Required in an OIG Subpoena

On March 24, 2025, OIG excluded Health Plus LLC (Health Plus), Southfield, Michigan, from participation in all Federal health care programs for a period of 10 years under 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7(b)(11). The exclusion was based on Health Plus’s failure to provide information required in an OIG subpoena that was necessary to determine whether Medicare payments were due and the amounts associated with those payments.
