Hamilton Co. Woman Charged With TennCare Fraud

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A Hamilton County woman is charged with TennCare fraud for presenting forged prescriptions on four separate occasions to a local pharmacy and using TennCare to pay for the drugs.
