Gralos Medical Center Was Excluded for 10 Years

Effective July 24, 2026, OIG excluded Gralos Medical Center Corp. (Gralos), Miami, Florida, from participation in all Federal health care programs for a period of ten years under 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7(b)(7). The exclusion was imposed based on Gralos’s submission of claims for wound care services purportedly furnished to deceased beneficiaries.
