Gonbenale Was Excluded for 20 Years

Effective July 24, 2026, OIG excluded Gonbenale Corp (Gonbenale), Miami, Florida, from participation in all Federal health care programs for a period of twenty years under 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7(b)(7). The exclusion was imposed based on Gonbenale’s submission of claims for wound care services purportedly furnished by a radiologist who had no association with Gonbenale and did not provide the services as claimed, including services purportedly rendered to deceased beneficiaries.
