Friendship Community Care Agreed to Pay $21,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Employing an Excluded Individual

After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Friendship Community Care, Inc. (FCC), Russellville, Arkansas, entered into a $21,739.89 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that FCC employed an individual that it knew or should have known was excluded from participation in Federal health care programs.
