Essilor of America and Essilor Laboratories of America Agreed to Pay $10,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Employing Excluded Individuals

After they self-disclosed conduct to OIG pursuant to their CIA, Essilor of America, Inc. and Essilor Laboratories of America, Inc. (collectively, "Essilor"), Dallas, Texas, entered into a $10,307.25 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that Essilor employed two individuals that it knew or should have known were excluded from participation in Federal health care programs.
