Dyer Co. Man Charged 2nd Time With Doctor Shopping

NASHVILLE, TN - A Dyer County man is charged a second time with TennCare fraud involving doctor shopping, or using TennCare to go to multiple doctors to obtain controlled substances. The Office of Inspector General, with the assistance of the Dyer and Carroll County Sheriff's Offices and Dyersburg Police, today announced the arrest of Donald K. Buckner, Sr., 54, of Dyersburg.
