Dialysis Care Center Agreed to Pay $254,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Employing an Excluded Individual

After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Dialysis Care Center (DCC), Evergreen Park, Illinois, entered into a $254,530.09 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that DCC employed an individual that it knew or should have known was excluded from participation in Federal health care programs.
