Diagnostic Clinic of Longview Agreed to Pay $77,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Employing an Excluded Individual

On April 3, 2025, Associated Clinicians of East Texas, PLLC d/b/a Diagnostic Clinic of Longview (DCL), Longview, Texas, entered into a $77,877.45 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that DCL employed an individual who was excluded from participating in any Federal health care program. OIGÆs investigation revealed that the excluded individual, a licensed vocational nurse, provided items or services that were billed to Federal health care programs.
