Denver Springs Agreed to Pay $625,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Employing an Excluded Individual

After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Denver Springs, LLC (Denver Springs), Englewood, Colorado, entered into a $625,671.66 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that Denver Springs employed an individual that it knew or should have known was excluded from participation in Federal health care programs.
