After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, 1934 Delmar Pharmacy, Inc. d/b/a Delmar Pharmacy (Delmar Pharmacy), Pennsylvania, agreed to pay $218,129.26 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Delmar Pharmacy submitted claims to Medicare for Humira for a patient that was delivered by Delmar Pharmacy but not dispensed by Delmar Pharmacy.
