After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Crawford Drug, LLC (Crawford Drug), Dorchester, Massachusetts, agreed to pay $78,248.25 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Crawford Drug submitted claims for prescription drugs but did not dispense the prescription drugs to patients.
