After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Cookeville Regional Medical Center (CRMC), Cookeville, Tennessee, entered into a $20,000 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that CRMC employed an individual that it knew or should have known was excluded from participation in Federal health care programs.
